Anybody who has ever ventured out on Black Friday to bag an amazing deal on a clever holiday gift knows that it can try anybody’s patience. It’s true; enormous crowds, bumper-to-bumper traffic, and endless lines make Black Friday a living nightmare.
Despite that fact, there are still millions of people who get up at the crack of dawn on the day after Thanksgivng every year so they can venture out in a quest to find incredible deals. You probably know who they are too, because a lot of them will be bragging about their shopping prowess to friends and colleagues when they return to work on the following Monday.
If you’re one of those unfortunate souls who gets caught at the water cooler next week while one of those Black Friday shoppers regales you with tales of their shopping adventures, you can at least feign a little interest by sharing a few of these Black Friday fun facts and money-saving tips and tricks — well … assuming you’re able to get a word in edgewise.
