Grandfather sees where someone wrote Len that the best thing about getting old is just getting there.
Grandfather says, “Amen!”
In Grandfather’s opinion, Jean-Paul Sartre’s philosophy “Existentialism” boils down to: “The meaning of life is what you make of it.”
Grandfather also says he believes Woody Allen’s pronouncement: “Eighty percent of success is showing up.”
So, now, Grandfather just keeps showing up, making meaning in his remaining life.

Viktor Frankl wrote a great book, “Man’s Search for Meaning.” My copy floated northward to Tallahassee when Zoe went to college — I’ve ordered another copy for Michael ‘n’ me.
Love,
Carolyn

Hi Carolyn (Grandfather’s daughter)
Could you order me a copy, too, and charge it to my estate if I forget to pay you for it?
John says
Its on line on YouTube, read aloud. Hope you enjoy listening.
