You know, I receive numerous letters each week and I always love to hear what my readers are thinking.  Okay, actually I don&#8217;t receive any letters &#8212; but play along with me anyway.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Yes, it&#8217;s very humbling to read letters from those of you who think I am the greatest thing since sliced bread.  So, please pardon me while I take a moment to properly recognize both of them&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Thank you, Mom and Dad!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">And with that, here is today&#8217;s &#8220;letter:&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"text-align: left;\"><p><em>&#8220;Is there any truth to the rumor that McDonald&#8217;s is following the lead of the US Treasury&#8217;s successful state quarters campaign with a similar one for Chicken McNuggets?&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Funny you should ask. Coincidentally, just the other day my daughter came across this little gem in her Chicken McNuggets ten-pack. Before she could eat it I had the Honeybee grab a camera and snap a picture for posterity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Take a look at the photo.  I don&#8217;t know about you, but that sure looks like Connecticut to me.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lenpenzo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/connecticutnugget3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-515 alignleft\" title=\"connecticutnugget3\" src=\"https:\/\/lenpenzo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/connecticutnugget3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"244\" height=\"181\" \/><\/a>I&#8217;m lovin&#8217; it!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I don&#8217;t know if McDonald&#8217;s has launched a &#8220;State McNuggets&#8221; program featuring a series of collectible chicken nuggets depicting the geographic shapes of each of the American states, but if they have, they sure aren&#8217;t advertising it!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I think we need to catalog more instances of Chicken McNuggets that look like the 50 United States of America, don&#8217;t you? Please send me pictures of any other state McNuggets you come across and I will post them here!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Just for the heck of it, I&#8217;ll also accept photos of nuggets resembling Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Canadian provinces.  \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">And please, people!
